Type your own questions, your own answers, your own inside jokes. As you write, the builder runs the game's real answer matching over them and speaks up if something would not be accepted, because the fastest way to ruin a quiz night is a right answer marked wrong.
Write the fullest version of the answer. The game accepts the last word of a multi-word answer on its own, so "Jane Smith" also accepts "Smith". It does not work the other way round: an answer of just "Jane" will reject a player who types "Jane Smith".
Already handled for you, so do not waste rows on them: capital letters, punctuation, accents, ampersands, a leading "the" or "a", and ordinary misspellings. Numbers are the exception and must be exact, so 1969 never accepts 1968.
